PONDER AND PRACTICE

‘Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you."' (Hebrews 13:5)

Beloved in Christ,

Greetings to you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ!

Today man faces unexpected sufferings because of forsakenness. But our Lord loves us. As He has told us He will never forsake us but will support and bless us.Once we faced financial strain in the ministry. I was leading my life and ministry on faith, with an unassailable faith on the truth of the verse Deuteronomy 15:6, “For the LORD your God will bless you just as He promised you; you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow.” In a quite unexpected way, there was need of a huge amount to meet the expenses of the office, stamps for sending the magazine ‘Jebathony’ and other expenses. I had never experienced such a need after I began the ministry. This was a challenge to my faith. I knew whom I believed. I just went ahead with the ministry. That night I examined myself to know whether I have displeased the Lord in anything and I asked for forgiveness. Jesus Christ who is full of mercy and pardon worked a miracle the very next day.

A software engineer worked in our office once and he was known to me from young age. He had gone to the US on employment. He sent me an amount which was enough to meet all my expenses. I realized how good the Lord is.The Lord does everything beautifully in its time. He will meet all your needs concerning the studies of your children, their marriage, your business, the building cost and anything for that matter.
