Dearly beloved in Christ,
I greet you in the sweet name of the Lord Jesus Christ!
Once ministering in a city in India, a Brother came to share his problem with me. He had a house in Chennai which he let out for low rent to a servant of God to run a church there. After some time, he stopped paying the low rent to him, and he did not know what to do. He did not know how to compel him to pay the rent. That was his only property. He heard that they had conducted even a thanksgiving prayer meeting for the Lord giving that house for the church. To substantiate the point, they quoted this verse: “Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart.” I just counselled him not to be dismayed. But to delight in the Lord. I told them that they themselves would shut the doors of the house and give him back the keys of the house. As the Lord had told, one day they locked the house and brought the key back to him. He was greatly delighted by that happening.
Dear Brother/ Sister, do not fret or foam at what happens in your life. Do not be upset by the problems that beset you. Delight yourself in the Lord. Philippians 4:4 says, “Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!” When we thus do so, the Lord Jesus Christ will resolve the problems and make you have peace and joy.
